Well, Diane and i got our wish tonight and we got it good! we had severe weather here on the plains... there were tornadoes but the closest one was 10 miles to our south. there was WICKED thunder and lightening... just the way we like it!

we had a good heavy downpour of rain that washed  the bird poop off our car nicely [that's always good, ey?].. it was SO windy, my chicken layed the same egg, TWICE!

and these penguins even blew in from Alaska! can you even believe it?

and i don't know where these angry little piglets came from but they certainly aren't happy... hah! maybe they are married! bwahahahaha

the storms have moved on eastward but there are still lil remnants of thunder and lightening off in the distance.. Bella our dog was freaking-the-frickity-freak-out! she gets so scared during these kinds of storms, she paces and pants... and wants to crawl right inside us for safety. she must have been severely frightened at some point before we adopted her.

yeah, well... life goes on. lookin forward to the next stormy episode that comes our way..

I love your windchime.
We had storms like that the other night too...cocoa shakes like a leaf and ozzie pants. It gets annoying after a while, so I just put them outside.
I hope no one was hurt in those tornados.
You really did not think I put the dogs out in the storm did you?
Nahhh.
have a nice weekend!!!!

LOL....you are crazy!

The best ever lightening I've ever seen was when we were living in Mississippi. I wasn't use to seeing never ending streaks.

christine, you are not my sister....i do like a storm, but you go past the point of "liking" to obsession! nope, either i'm adopted or you are. we are not of one womb. we may act alike, look alike, and time we may even walk alike....but we're not identical sisters born 5 years apart like i thought. nope....not with that attitude sister...your sick...enjoying tornadoes and such....i like a mild to moderate thunderstorm....but tornadoes? ehhhh....where did you say you came from?

i'm just pickin' on you...i know you like this kind of weather, weird as you are, i still love you. with all your lil weird ways...your still my identical sister who doesn't really look like me that much, born 5 years apart....right? somebody has to be, might as well make some money at it, diane? when you mailing me that check?

sounds like a great storm! poor dog though; they just don't understand and don't like the ka-booms of the thunder (but love that the best myself :)
