i forgot to update my bloggy friends about my shoulder. Tuesday i got the "all clear" from the doctor. he said i am very fortunate to have made such a great recovery without surgery, and with PT for 3 months. most don't, when the injury occurs where mine did. he did however restrict my hours, only 8 hour shifts for 2 weeks to help me adjust. slowly, baby steps... and i will get there. i do appreciate the shorter shifts. but my sleep cycle is really disorganized... i have worked nights for 11 years and just cant seem to function as a day person. here i am up late again. i just cant go to bed early. i will be working sat/sun/mon nights this weekend. i look forward to seeing my peeps, and getting back into my routine. but i will miss being home with the wife and kids. i have truly enjoyed being home for 3 months..... something good comes out of everything.
