it is 60 * here today and i have been outside sitting in the sun. it feels so good on my body, i was just basking in it. in a few short months it will be scorching heat again, time to open the pool, and spend alot of time in my favorite element, which is water. i really do think i was a porpoise with a purpose in a former life!i have always been drawn to water. BUT, i have to be able to see the bottom. i cant just jump into a river or lake, it scares me. i mean i have done so, but with an eerie creepy feeling that something would grab my legs. gimme a clean, able to see to the bottom, turquoise pool and I'm a happy camper. i am looking forward to long, hot afternoons floating in the pool, firing up the grill for dinner, and eating poolside. hey, WIFE'O'MINE! WENCH! ERM I MEAN DIANE MY SWEETHEART, i call out from my floatie.... THROW ME SOME MORE SHRIMPS ON THE BARBIE, WOULD YA...?
oh! the lazy hazy crazy days of summer... i cannot wait!

I also am terrified of fishies in the water....even in the pool if my bathing suit string hits my leg or arm I just know it is a shark.

Sorry to be the lone rebel, but I'll take 60s all year long, thank you very much!! I despise the summer heat!!! >:( It's in the 70s here today, and I'm already annoyed.
I saw that you miss NY foods, I can relate. I am from North Jersey and now live in NC, where the food sucks! LOL

I too do not enjoy water I cannot see through. Probably the Jaws factor. :)
